Fellowship training for doctors and nurses inside Healthway's Level III A NICU — the only NNF-accredited unit of its kind in Goa.
About the programme
The NNF Fellowship at Healthway trains both doctors and nurses in newborn and neonatal intensive care, inside a working Level III A NICU, under National Neonatology Forum guidelines. Fellows manage a real patient load from day one — from routine newborn checks to ventilated extremely-low-birth-weight infants — under direct consultant supervision.
The goal is simple: by the end of the fellowship, trainees should be capable of independently leading and managing a NICU, delivering comprehensive neonatal care with confidence and expertise.
