      Dr. Gaonkar is a distinguished pediatrician with a rich career spanning several decades. He completed his MD in Pediatrics from Mumbai University in 1989. Following his medical education, Dr. Gaonkar served as both a Junior Resident and Senior Resident for a total of six years at GMC, gaining extensive clinical experience.
       
      He began his private practice in Goa, where he has since built a reputation for excellence. Currently, Dr. Gaonkar is a Consultant Pediatrician at both Criticare Children’s Hospital and Healthway Hospital. Known as one of the most renowned senior pediatricians in Goa, his expertise and dedication to pediatric care have made a significant impact on the community.
       
      He is the HOD of Pediatrics department and is the Chairman of Healthway Hospitals. He is instrumental in laying the foundation of Healthway.
