      1. Dr Shital Lengade did his MBBS from GMC, Wanless Hospital and Research Centre, Kolhapur followed by MD Medicine from Seth G.S Medical college Mumbai. In 2004 He further did his DM Nephrology from KEM hospital, Mumbai.
        October 2007 he did Hemodialysis Preceptorship at David Geffen School of Medicine, UCLA Los Angeles, USA .
      2. In Nov 2018 he completed an ABO incompatible kidney transplant preceptorship at Tokyo Womens University hospital, Tokyo, Japan .
      3. Currently he is a Consultant Nephrologist & Transplant Physician at Healthway Hospitals, and is also associated Rajagiri Victor Hospital, & RG STONE Hospital . He is also the Director , for APEX Kidney Care, Goa and Honorary Nephrologist and Transplant
      4. Physician at GMC Hospital, Bambolim.

      2. CLINICAL CORRELATION OF IRON DEPOSITION IN RENAL BIOPSY IN PATIENTS WITH KIDNEY DISEASES.
      1. Secured ALL INDIA 7th rank in D.M Entrance examination held in May’01 for securing fellowships in various branches with candidates from all over the country appearing for the same.
      2. Stood first in Mumbai University, M.D- Internal medicine examination held in May 1999
      3. Initiated CAPD ( and APD) programme in Goa with currently 60 patients enrolled under the same.
      4. Member of nephrology team which initiated living donor kidney transplant programme in Goa Medical College.
      5. Have performed 200 native kidney biopsies and 20 transplant biopsies till date.
      6. Initiated the Cadaver transplant registration at Healthway Hospital.
      7. Actively participates in various CME programmes, and also part of patient education programs for Goa Kidney Foundation.
      8. Regular participation in regional, national and international( world Congress ERA- EDTA, ASN, Transplant Congress, ISN -nexus) academic meeting.

      Total Experience. : 19 years in General Surgery, 9 years in Urology Dr Nilesh B.Talwadker is a senior member of the Hepatobiliary Surgery Department at Healthway. A brilliant academician, keen researcher and highly skilled surgeon with in-depth knowledge in the specialties of Urology, Gastroentrology, Oncology, Laparoscopic Surgery, Neuro surgery, General Surgery. Dr Nilesh holds a Diplomate and MS in general surgery to his credit. A firm believer in the dictum that knowledge evolves every day, he keeps himself updated, up skilled and well informed of the latest diagnostic and treatment modalities including a study of real cases by constantly attending and actively participating CMEs like seminars, conferences, workshops etc. The positions held and portfolios administered by him in the healthcare domain reflect the high esteem and respect he commands amongst the medical fraternity.
      1. Dr Nilesh Talwadker graduated from Goa Medical College. He completed his Jr Residency In Dermatology, GMC in 1998. He then completed his PG in Gen Surgery in GMC in 2001. Further he joined the departments of Neurosurgery and completed his senior residency in Gen surgery in 2005. He then worked as a lecturer in the Dept Of Gen surgery till 2008. He was then a Consultant at Urology Dept GMC, till 2013. 2. Currently he is associated with Healthway Hospital as consultant General & Laparoscopic Surgery.
