      • Dr. Praveen Satish is a highly accomplished and dual board-certified Senior Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon with over 19 years of clinical and academic excellence. With experience spanning more than 1,000 complex surgical procedures, he specializes in oral oncology, facial trauma, and advanced reconstructive surgery.
      • Having trained at leading national and international institutions, Dr. Praveen brings a global perspective to patient care. He holds prestigious fellowships and certifications, including the Fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeons (Glasgow), and is internationally recognized for his expertise in ablative head and neck surgeries, locoregional flap reconstruction, TMJ arthroscopy, and total joint replacement.

He serves as a Senate Member and Examination Director for international surgical boards and is a faculty member with AOCMF.       Dr Durga Lawande did her MD , Pulmonology from , Goa Medical College in 1982. She Joined as a Consultant Pulmonologist, Department of Pulmonary Medicine, Goa Medical College in 1985. She has been a PG guide for several students in the Department of Pulmonary Medicine since 1990. In 2016 she was appointed as Professor & Head of Department of Pulmonary Medicine, Goa Medical College. She has been associated with Healthway Hospital as a Visiting Consultant since 2021.

      • Involved in teaching and training of Under graduates and postgraduates of Goa Medical College for more than 30 years.
      • Won the Prestigious Fundacao Oriente Scholarship to visit Lisbon for 3 months and study allergy and immunology at Pullide Valente hospital, Lisbon ,Portugal
      • Got WHO Fellowship in 1996 under which she visited University of Illinois Chicago and East Tennessee State University for 3 months in Tuberculosis Control.

A brilliant academician, keen researcher and highly skilled surgeon with in-depth knowledge in the specialties of Urology, Gastroentrology, Oncology, Laparoscopic Surgery, Neuro surgery, General Surgery. Dr Nilesh holds a Diplomate and MS in general surgery to his credit. A firm believer in the dictum that knowledge evolves every day, he keeps himself updated, up skilled and well informed of the latest diagnostic and treatment modalities including a study of real cases by constantly attending and actively participating CMEs like seminars, conferences, workshops etc. The positions held and portfolios administered by him in the healthcare domain reflect the high esteem and respect he commands amongst the medical fraternity.
      1. Dr Nilesh Talwadker graduated from Goa Medical College. He completed his Jr Residency In Dermatology, GMC in 1998. He then completed his PG in Gen Surgery in GMC in 2001. Further he joined the departments of Neurosurgery and completed his senior residency in Gen surgery in 2005. He then worked as a lecturer in the Dept Of Gen surgery till 2008. He was then a Consultant at Urology Dept GMC, till 2013. 2. Currently he is associated with Healthway Hospital as consultant General & Laparoscopic Surgery.
