Following his return to India, Dr. Usgaonkar became a leading name in plastic and reconstructive surgery in Goa, serving as Consultant Plastic Surgeon at several prominent hospitals. His expertise spans reconstructive, aesthetic, and trauma-related procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety, precision, and patient-centric outcomes.
Currently – Head of the Department of Plastic Surgery and Consultant Plastic Surgeon at Healthway Hospital, where he continues to lead, mentor, and deliver excellence in surgical care.
