Dr Radhika Ranganath Shetgaunkar has completed her residency training in ENT and Head and Neck Surgery at Goa Medical College. After which she joined as a faculty and consultant surgeon in the Department of ENT at Goa Medical College and worked there for 3 years. Prior to this, she has also worked in Directorate of Health Services, Mapusa as Consultant ENT Surgeon.

Dr Radhika has completed her DNB in otolaryngology and head and neck surgery in 2019 in her first attempt. She is also a member of Royal college of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow and has received the MRCS (ENT) (Glasgow) degree in 2022.

She has completed her training in managing thyroid cancers at the Tata memorial hospital, Mumbai. She has also completed her training in Phonosurgery (voice surgery) from Bombay Hospital. She was selected for her training in vertigo and has completed her certificate course in assessment and management of vertigo and balance disorders from Yenepoya university.

Dr Radhika is proficient in performing basic and advanced ENT surgery such as tonsillectomy, adenoid surgery, tympanoplasty, ear drum surgery, mastoid surgery, Stapes surgery, thyroid surgery, voice surgery, correction of deviated nose and sinus surgery. She has also been trained in managing cancers of head and neck region. She has expertise in managing foreign body of nose, larynx and oesophagus.

She has been invited as guest faculty and chaired sessions at national conferences. She has also been office bearer of Association of Otolaryngologist of India- Goa chapter.
